An ornate Embankment globe lamp stands in the middle ground, the Shard slicing diagonally into a pale sky behind it - ancient ironwork and modern glass caught in the same glance. The South Bank skyline stretches out on either side, warm amber and cool blue holding the whole scene together in that particular London light you only notice when you stop.

This is an enhanced print: an original hand-drawn sketch by Olena Maksymova, produced as a small limited edition, then individually painted by hand after printing. The composition is fixed; the colours are never repeated. The amber glow of the lamp, the rust and grey of the Shard's base, the soft blue cloud drifting behind - all painted fresh each time, making every piece genuinely one of a kind.
