Eight hundred years of history and a phone box nobody uses anymore.
Westminster Abbey's gothic towers rise into a wash of cobalt blue sky, its stone facade catching warm amber light along the street below. And there, right in front of it all, stands a classic red telephone box — small, bold, and completely at home. Two icons, one frame, unmistakably London.
This is an enhanced print: an original hand-drawn sketch of Olena Maksymova - produced as a small limited edition, then individually painted by hand after printing. The composition is fixed; the colours are never repeated. That vivid red of the phone box, the deep blue sweeping across the sky, the golden warmth on the stone - all painted fresh each time, making every piece genuinely one of a kind.
An original drawing by the artist, printed in a limited small edition, then individually hand-painted in watercolour - so the composition is fixed, but the colours are always unique. Presented in a brushed silver frame, 10×13×4 cm, with a deep modern profile. Ready to display freestanding or wall-hung. Signed and dated, London 2018.
Part of the London Collection Pairs naturally with Trafalgar Square, Red Bus & Big Ben, Cold Evening in London, and the rest of the series - collect them together for a striking staircase or mantelpiece display.
